Your Home - My Priority - At Your Service

Understanding the concept of service and taking care of people is what I do.  Really taking in their wants and needs is key to my style of service. Buying or selling a home can be one of the biggest undertakings in people's lives. It can be a joy, yet stressful. You should know that I will pay attention to the details of your transaction, pursue your goals, and do my utmost best to make the process as seamless as possible.

A key part of my service is to ensure the buying and selling process is procedurally correct, timely, and professional.   I study market data and can work with you to ensure you understand the market.

My background includes an MBA degree and a finance degree from George Washington University.  I have been an executive of technology firms, including a bioplastic company called Cereplast, in which I was instrumental to its public offering.

One of my greatest experiences has been as an owner of an Event Planning/Catering Company in San Francisco, called Work of Art. Having planned and catered over a hundred weddings, I draw on a parallel of handling both the business aspect and the personal aspect in the home market.  Other catering and event services included being a preferred caterer at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and other high-profile venues.  Applying the same level of attention to detail is key to my success in Real Estate.

​​Beyond these experiences, I am also a Master Gardener with Washington State University's Master Gardener Program. As a volunteer, I manage two elementary school garden programs and an extensive home garden, called Tamla Gardens, named after my two wonderful daughters. I also grow my own hops and homebrew. My wife, who is also a Master Gardener, and I primarily grow fruit and vegetables.  We love bringing our harvests into our home culinary world.   I am also an avid Ultimate Frisbee player.
